Day 11 - July 13, 2008

Subfame was installed. Frame connecters were installed. Front sheet metal was welded onto front subframe.

Day 12 - July 14, 2008

Car stripping was completed. Original front bulk head was removed. Fire wall flange was bent.

Day 13 - July 18, 2008

Went to Super Chevy to pick up parts. Engine was removed from Blue Datsun. Metal was removed from inner fenders.

Day 14 - July 19, 2008

Engine and transmission were put in Bug. Engine mount and transmission cross member were made. Template for fire wall was made.

Day 15 - July 20, 2008

The bug was sanded, cleaned, and painted with primer.

Day 16 - July 21, 2008

Rearend was clearanced. Floor behind cross member was installed. Left seat floor behind cross member was installed. Left fire wallwas installed. Back seat "old" fire wall was patched.

Day 17 - July 23, 2008

Left exhaust was made.

Day 18 - July 24, 2008

Door floor panels were installed.

Day 19 - July 25, 2008

Right floor behind cross member was installed

Day 20 - July 26, 2008

Rear inner fenders were clearanced and a trailler fender was cut in to and fit to the holes. Tail of bug was cut off.
